前言 Preface

我国绝大多数养殖场目前仍然采用传统模式隧道通风,毕竟这模式做法简单、原理易懂、容易实现,操作也简单,已经运行了很多年。前几天有个客户问我,育肥舍在隧道通风模式下选用什么类型的栏,不同的栏体对舍内通风有哪些影响?基于客户提出的问题,我们做了一个CFD模拟分析,分成两个方案,方案一栏体为实体,方案二栏体为非实体。今天这篇文章,笔者向大家分享一下案例分析研究的结果。

The vast majority of farms in my country still use the traditional mode of tunnel ventilation. After all, this mode issimple in practice, easy to understand, easy to implement, and easy to operate.It has been in operation for many years. A few days ago, a client asked me,what type of pens should be used in the tunnel ventilation mode of the fattening house, and what are the effects of different pens on the ventilationin the house? Based on the questions raised by the customer, we did a CFD simulation analysis and divided it into two schemes. Today, I share with youthe results of a case study analysis.

实体栏缺点比较突出,由于风的走向是纵向流动,每个实体栏都相当于一堵矮墙,气流所经过的每个栏体都形成了涡流,风阻大,通风效率低;非实体栏的通风效果明显好于前者,气流通过栏体缝隙平滑过渡,没有形成涡流,压力损失小。

Because the wind flows longitudinally, Solid Column is equivalent to a low wall, and each fence through which the air flow passes forms a vortex,with large wind resistance and low ventilation efficiency; The ventilation effect of the Solid Column is obviously better than the former.     4.总结 Summary

隧道通风模式下非实体栏的通风效果优于实体栏,养殖舍如果采用隧道通风模式建议采用非实体栏。纵观以上云图和模拟仿真动画,纵向通风的弊端也是一目了然,隧道通风模式风速最高的两个位置,进风口和出风口,由于进风口的风速过高,至此纵向一段距离形成射流,在这一段距离内的栏体,很不好得到相应风量的,并且由于射流的风速过快,使舍内局部压强小于漏粪地沟,在舍的前半部分形成回流,造成风的浪费。

If tunnel ventilation mode is adopted in breeding houses, non solid column is recommended. The two positions with the highest wind speed in tunnel ventilation mode, air inlet and air outlet, form jet in a longitudinal distance due to the high wind speed at the air inlet. The column within this distance is difficult to obtain the corresponding air volume, and because the wind speed of jet istoo fast, Make pressure in the house less than the dung leakage ditch, and form reflux in the first half of the house, which leads to waste of wind.
